Framed Spear Heads

This interesting collection of spear tips had been presented for framing by an existing client.  The varying size and construction style of each spear tip allowed presentation in groups. Each spear tip was secured to the Etruscan mount with invisible thread. Grouping had been highlighted with v-grooves cut into the mount.  

Presented within mocha coloured box frame the spears tips have been positioned towards the back of the moulding. The Etruscan top mount and inner Almond mount surround the art opening.  Shadows from these mounts add depth to the work.   

This work takes pride of place in our clients home.
